This exclusive package is tailor-made for brides who desire not just a wedding planner but a true confidante by their side throughout the entire planning process. Whether you're swamped with a busy schedule or just want someone to explore every exciting wedding idea with, this package is designed to support you in every aspect of research, coordination, and creative design for your big day. We're prepared to take on every task, from the initial concept to the final execution so your wedding is nothing short of extraordinary!
6 - 8 Months
Partial Planning + Design
Do you have your venue booked but feel lost pinpointing your preferences and weaving together all your design elements? Or do you have it covered but want some backup fine-tuning the small details that bring your wedding to life, then this package is for you. 6-8 months prior to your wedding, we’ll make sure you’ve got your dream team of vendors and have locked down all your decor elements. From setting the welcome table to the wedding sendoff we’ll handle the minuscule tasks so you don’t have to.
60-day coordination
This package is perfect for couples who've been proactive in securing vendors and fine-tuning decor details but want to hand over the responsibility of executing their big day alone. 60 days prior to your event we’ll seamlessly handle all the intricate tasks leading up to and during your celebration to make sure nothing was missed or forgotten. You shouldn't be concerned about when the cake arrives, the timing of toasts, or the flawless presentation of the decor you've painstakingly curated for months. That’s our job!
Micro Weddings and Elopements
For those seeking a small and intimate wedding, prioritizing union above all else, we’re here to help. Working with a shorter timeline, we can assist you in securing your vendors and getting you down the isle… or up a mountain. From setting up your ceremony to your after party, whether that's champagne in a sleigh ride, pizza in a cozy winter yurt, or a quiet dinner for two, we’ll deliver a day to remember.

Olivia was born in Sun Valley, Idaho, and has divided her time between Idaho and Southern California. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 2017, she returned to Sun Valley and dove into the wedding and event industry. Understanding that the stresses of planning a wedding or event can be quite overwhelming, she’s here to bring peace of mind and unforgettable memories. Whether it’s your dream wedding, 50th anniversary, baby shower, or birthday, we’re thrilled at the opportunity to work alongside you and bring you something truly special.
